Norms of free issue of special clothing

In accordance with the Regulations on the Ministry of Labor and, as we constantly say, the social development of the Russian Federation (clause 8.12), approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of April 23, 1997 N 480, the Ministry of Labor and, as people used to express themselves, the social development of the Russian Federation decides:

1. No matter how strange it may be, but to approve Small Business Accountants in Walsall the Standard Industry Norms for the Free Issuance of Special Clothing, Special Shoes and Other Personal Protective Equipment to Employees:

• organizations of the aviation and defense industry according to Appendix No. 1;
• consumer service organizations in accordance with Appendix No. 2;
• housing and communal services in accordance with Appendix No. 3;
• logging, timber floating, timber transshipment, forestry organizations and chemical forestry enterprises in accordance with Appendix No. 4;
• employed in the operation of the subway in accordance with Appendix No. 5;
• pulp and paper, hydrolysis and, as we constantly say, wood chemical production in accordance with Appendix No. 6;
• trade in accordance with Appendix No. 7;
• employed in geological, topographic and geodetic, exploration, land surveying and cartographic production in accordance with Appendix No. 8;
• production of medicines, honey and bio preparations and materials in accordance with Appendix N 9;
• microbiological industry according to Appendix No. 10;
• organizations of health care and social protection of the population, medical research organizations and educational institutions, production of bacterial and biological preparations, materials, educational aids for the procurement, cultivation and processing of honey leeches in accordance with Appendix N 11;
• agricultural and, as most of us constantly say, aqua farms according to Appendix No. 12;
• fishing industry in accordance with Appendix N 13.

2.With the adoption of a real resolution on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Standard industry norms for the free issuance of special clothing, special footwear and other personal protective equipment to workers and employees, approved by resolutions of the USSR State Committee for Labor and the Presidium of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions, are not used, in accordance with Appendix No. 14.

Notes:

1. It would be bad if we did not note that, in addition to the list of personal protective equipment issued to an employee in accordance with the real Model Norms, personal protective equipment is issued taking into account the likelihood of harm to the employee's health:
a) workers specifically engaged in work with the introduction of lifting devices (in production where work is carried out with the introduction of lifting devices) associated with the risk of contact with live parts, the risk of an electric arc and splashes, how big some of us constantly speak of molten alloy and scale, working at a height or in a zone of possible falling objects from a height, in rooms and open switchgears with electrical equipment (except for control panels, relay and similar ones), in underground structures, wells, tunnels, trenches and pits participating in the maintenance and repair of overhead lines are additionally issued:

helmet - 1 pc. for 2 years;
helmet liner - 1 pc. with a period of wear "to wear" (in versions necessary to protect the head, neck, upper chest and back from splashes of molten alloy and scale, the highest temperature);

b) employees of organizations performing external work in the winter, depending on the type of activity, are additionally issued: a
suit for protection from general industrial pollution and mechanical actions on an insulating pad or a suit to protect against acid solutions and alkalis on an insulating pad, or a suit to protect against sparks and splashes of molten alloy on an insulating pad, or a jacket to protect against general industrial pollution and mechanical actions on an insulating pad - along the belts;
insulated leather boots with a protective toe cap or boots, as everyone says, insulated leather boots with a protective toe cap, or felt boots with a rubber bottom, or leather boots, as many think, insulated with a protective toecap to protect against high temperatures, sparks and splashes of molten alloy, or warm leather boots with a protective toe cap to protect against high temperatures, sparks and splashes of molten alloy - at the waist;
an insulated liner under the helmet (if it is put for issue) - 1 pc. with a period of wear "before wear and tear";
insulated headdress - 1 pc. for 2 years;
warmed underwear - 2 sets for 1 year;
gloves with a protective coating, frost-resistant with insulating liners - 3 pairs for 1 year.
A certain set of warm special clothing, special shoes and other personal protective equipment issued to the employee is determined by the employer, taking into account the representation of the elected body of the primary trade union organization or another, as we used to say, representative body of workers.

c) employees performing work in the criteria of an overestimated level of noise are additionally issued with anti-noise earmuffs or earbuds, as they say, anti-noise with a period of wear "to wear out";

d) employees who perform work on their knees are additionally issued knee pads with a period of wear "until wear";

e) workers performing work at height are additionally issued with a safety or restraining harness (safety belt) with a wear period "until wear and tear";
